About Wiper Barricade Lights
Every year, fifty percent of accidents occur because of limited visibility due to fog or rain. When your car breaks down in fog or rain, an ordinary roadblock is useless because it is not sufficiently visible. The “Wiper LED light roadblock” integrates LED technology into the rear windshield wiper. The wiper can be rotated onto the rear windshield of the car and the LED flashes a warning text, such as “Slow,” to alert approaching drivers of the roadside breakdown and avoid further accidents in fog or rain.Statement of the Jury
Products are becoming more sophisticated today. This is a simple idea – taking an ordinary device that already exists – but by slightly tweaking it and adding simple, low cost, low energy technology, the idea is really elevated. The results are interesting, intriguing, and surprising, because this very silent and subtle concept becomes a really powerful communication aid when you are in an emergency situation. Rather than adding a second product, a second function is added to the existing product. This is a great suggestion that appears workable, and good supporting technology is available.Designer
